Reporting and support#
The agent answers questions from the same metrics and reports as your dashboard, confirms that your purchases are being tracked, and handles the support actions your role allows. Everything on this page is available in the dashboard and over MCP.
Reporting and analysis#
Ask for any metric with filters and segments, for example by campaign, period, device, traffic source, or A/B test variant. The agent reads the metric, compares periods, and separates what the numbers show from what might explain them. When you ask why something changed, it also lists the settings changes in that window.
“Referral revenue grew in June. Compare with May and show which campaigns and traffic sources drove it.”
“Which campaign had the best friend conversion rate last quarter on mobile?”
“How many coupon codes are left in the Friend 15% list?”
Ask for a report and the agent finds the right report type, schedules the CSV export, and gives you the download link and a preview of the first rows when it is ready.
“Export the rewards report for Q2 as a CSV.”
Campaign and account visibility#
See how active campaigns are set up, where they appear, what rewards they use, the current site and account settings, and recent settings changes.
“Which campaigns are live right now, and where do they show?”
“What changed in site settings this week, and who changed it?”
Purchase tracking#
Confirm that the Talkable script is live on your site, purchases are being tracked, and your e-commerce platform integration is connected, so your reports are complete. The agent confirms each check and points out anything that needs attention.
“Are purchases being tracked on my site?”
Product questions#
Ask how Talkable works and get an answer from the product documentation and your site’s configuration, with citations to the documentation it came from. If the documentation does not cover it, the agent says so.
“How does Talkable attribute a friend’s purchase to a referral?”
Customer support#
Look up a person by email, phone, or ID, a referral, or a coupon by code, and act on it. Lookups are exact-match, and personal data is shown only to roles allowed to see it. Actions run only with your confirmation and follow the same rules as the Customer Service Portal and referral approval.
Talkable has a dedicated Customer Support role. Invite your support team with it (see Users and roles) and they resolve referral, reward, and coupon requests through the agent or the Customer Service Portal, without access to campaign settings or reports.

Integrations and webhooks#
The Talkable App Store holds your integrations: your email service provider, reward and shipping providers, and Custom App for webhook-style delivery to your own systems. Ask what is installed and what is available, install an integration, configure it, and activate it. For Custom App, set which campaign events trigger it and what the payload contains, then send a test payload to your endpoint before you activate it. Integrations that authorize with OAuth return a consent link to complete.
